Want to try before renting? Book our one day try on service and return next day unworn, with tags and ribbons still in place. If you decide to proceed with the rental for a future date, we will refund the one day try on fee. Postage costs still apply. Please note that if you select a Sunday for our one day try on service the item will not be delivered until Monday.

Once you have fallen in love, select your size, rental period (choose from 4 to 14 days) and delivery date then add to bag. We recommend you book your delivery to arrive 2 days before your event.

Booking your first rental can be daunting, so to give you that added bit of reassurance, we offer insurance to cover you against any accidental damages.

Delivery 

Your item will be delivered on the first day of your rental period. You will receive an email no later than the day before your rental period begins with tracking and confirmation of dispatch. We send all items via Royal Mail and the item may require a signature upon delivery. 

Returns

Simply return your item using the box that your item was delivered in. The return address will be provided on the card inside the box. Items should be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery as they are then insured for their full value. Please drop your item off on or before the last day of your rental. Items must be dropped by 12pm on the last day of your rental.

If your return date is a Sunday or Bank Holiday, you must post your return back to us by 12pm on the following day.

Refunds

We offer a try on service to help customers find their perfect outfit.  To help find and pick the right outfit we also offer styling and sizing assistance – just hit the WhatsApp button on the left or email info@taitero.co.uk 

If for any reason, you do not wear your outfit, we offer rental credit for unworn items.
